Hello! I’m Skyler Rhoads, your dedicated personal trainer in Tarpon Springs. With certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and advanced education from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Tampa, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our training sessions. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients toward their fitness goals.
My passion lies in empowering individuals to enhance their health through strength training and muscle building. Strength training has profoundly transformed my life, and I’m committed to demonstrating how it can do the same for you.
